SHIPPING POLICY

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING — SOUTH AFRICA

We ship to all provinces across South Africa. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

 

• Gauteng: 1 – 3 working days from the date of dispatch

• All other provinces: 2 – 4 working days from the date of dispatch

 

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, your specific location, and public holidays. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and South African public holidays.

 

RECEIPT OF ORDERS

Please ensure you are available at the shipping address provided at checkout to receive your order. An order that has been received and signed for on your behalf — whether by a household member, building receptionist, or any other person at the address — will constitute successful delivery and cannot be disputed as undelivered.

 

It is your responsibility to ensure that a trusted person is available at the shipping address to receive your order. KGOPELO will not be liable for orders that are misplaced, stolen, or unattended following delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

KGOPELO ships internationally. International delivery timelines vary based on destination country, customs processing times, and the courier service used. We will provide estimated delivery timeframes at checkout where available; however, these remain estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

The same receipt and delivery obligations apply to international orders: please ensure a trusted person is available at the shipping address to receive your parcel. An order received and signed for at the provided address constitutes successful delivery.

 

IMPORTANT: All international orders exclude any taxes, import duties, customs levies, and related charges that may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are payable directly to the relevant authority or courier upon delivery. KGOPELO has no control over and assumes no liability for these charges.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, responsibility for delivery timelines passes to the courier.
